E.g.: user roles are not working as supposed. Support with their Maiya AI Support is below par: it just does not understand and keeps repeating the same questions.

> WPML has made a huge difference to our website and allowed us to communicate with our Spanish speaking users. There have been times when I was unable to properly grasp where certain features where or understand how to make them work efficiently.

Each time I have had to use customer support, I have found them to be very responsive and helpful. It may take two or three communications but the issue is always solved. The last customer service rep, Kor, was wonderful in assisting me in understanding how to navigate an issue. He took the time to explain everything and even included screen shots. I always feel confident that tech support will help me resolve an issue within a short time frame.

I had looked at other translating software and have found WPML to be the best solution for our needs.
