Compliance can’t get simpler than this!

Pros:

The best part was the time saved by the leadership team. We hardly spent few hours working on Sprinto platform and it was done! Further there was no auditor interaction required which was kind of unbelievable.

Cons:

Absolutely Nothing! Delighted with the experience so far. They are churning out new features so fast that we have to go through a steep learning curve. But loving the way how product is evolving and new features are being added.

Sprinto simplifies your compliance journey

Pros:

Sprinto helps you achieve your compliance goals faster with minimal effort. We know this, having done audits without using platform a like Sprinto. Sprinto has automated checks for most of the compliance requirements and have integrations with all popular products in HRMS/Cloud/Project Management etc. Sprinto's automated checks helps in making the Infrastructure secure, so you are not doing audits just to get certified but to really improve your organisation's security posture. Customer support is superb, customer success managers are experts on the compliance domain and are very responsive to queries or concerns Product team, thought I have not directly interacted with them, are doing a great job. The platform has evolved over the last 2 years, with frequent feature additions and usability improvements

Cons:

We signed up during the earlier days of Sprinto when the platform was a little unstable which is understandable given the kind of pace with which new features were rolled out. This was not much of a concern since the technical team was quick in resolving any issues reported and the platform is very stable now.

Streamlining compliance for fast growing tech companies

Comments: My overall expereince is good enough as i am a windows user so it did not annoyed me much , Competetors are performing better in market , improvement required in acute details

Pros:

The interface of the software is easy to navigate and is beginner friendly , does not requires some hard skillset to use the software . Automates compliance requirements , reducing hardwork , easy to integrate with Gsuite , AWS , Github and apart from this the software is affordable enough

Cons:

Sprinto is not a totally web based software it requires app to be downloaded , there are occasionally minor glitches which needs to be fixed , limited capabilities on Linux , uses e mail communications for for compliance enforcement which is not preffered by all users

Pros:

customer service has been a great help and extreme pleasure . they’re very responsive to any inquiries, concerns or questions.

Cons:

The service run very smoothly, but there are periods of time where there are too many UI changes

Sprinto - a reliable and efficient GRC tool

Comments: Overall it has been good 2 years with Sprinto and we would like to continue with Sprinto going forward as well.

Pros:

Simple Interface to use. Easy renewal processes and all thanks to our account manager Shivang Saxena. Sprinto adaptability to different security and privacy compliances. Continuous enhancement in the product when it is related to automated integrations. Sprinto partnership with different audit firms that provides us multiple options to go ahead with audit partners of our choice. I would recommend Sprinto to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient GRC tool.

Cons:

The current automated integrations misses some key players. The Sprinto support team response needs to be shorten.

Comments: Great product which has transformed the efficiency of our compliance program. Product development is rapid which is good to see - sometimes this means bugs are introduced but the customer support is one of the most responsive I've experienced thanks to [sensitive content hidden] our account manager.

Pros:

The level of automation, speed of product development, responsive support and frictionless audit process.

Cons:

Speed of product development means that bugs are sometimes introduced but the impact is very low and the team are very responsive to feedback.

Comments: Overall it's amazing. it works smoothly. Saves time gives good customer support.

Pros:

The support that we get using Sprinto is amazing, [sensitive content hidden] is our account manager and he handles everything so well. The automations which are there makes life simpler too. Looking forward to see more automations soon.

Cons:

Nothing very significant, it is mostly smooth but the period when too many frequent UI changes were happening was a little confusing to me as an Admin handling things in it.

SOC 2 Made Easy

Pros:

Sprinto got us up and running really quickly. As a startup, taking on SOC 2 requirements seemed like a daunting task. Once we started working with the team at Sprinto, especially our POC [sensitive content hidden], things started moving really quickly. She helped us understand was required and what was optional in the first phase. She also made great recommendations for auditors and pen test providers in a completely unbiased manner.

Cons:

Apart from a few minor bugs, the product was really robust. Perfect for our use case as an early startup.

Sprinto is Essential At this Point

Comments: Right away I had a customer service agent working with me, scheduling meetings to get us into compliance. We identified goals and he gave me a guided tour of the system. Most of it came down to: here are your clear tasks to fix your compliance issues. I don't know how it could be any more simple. No one wants to deal with this stuff. It's always a pain, always a mess, and god help you if you need to do an audit. Sprinto makes it easy.

Pros:

- They take the initiative to get you into compliance, creating a schedule to check in, making those meetings - Their systems and tools they have to automatically detect your compliance and security seem magical - Every certification and policy is broken down super easily, you can see clearly not only what items need attention, but also what tasks to take

Honestly, I have no real complaints. Some more work could go into

Spinto Implementation and Compliance Management

Pros:

Ease of setup, great way to manage in ensure compliance items are up-to-date. Made the audit process so much easier than expected.

Cons:

Nothing major. Had some initial issues with client app, but it was quickly resolved

Lifeline Sprinto Implementation for SOC 2 Type 1

Comments: Overall experience with Sprinto was very good, especially the Support was excellent and Support team was there with us through out to assist us, to clarify our concerns and helps a lot during entire process.

Pros:

User Friendly tool, easy to implement. Allows us to define our processes and policies. Easy to define/update and share the policy documents within team. Able to integrate with other applications and generate the dashboards with relevant details.

Cons:

Can not share as of now as we are very new to this tool

Comments: Perfect , pleasant to work with, good team

Pros:

Everything online, a lot is automated making management easier.

They have help us all the way through complete implementation

It is not mandatory but a French version would be nice to have

Pros:

The platform is intuitive, straightforward, and easy to use. Most importantly, it assists us to obtain compliance certificates and maintain compliance throughout the year.

Cons:

The occasional disconnect of the Sprinto desktop app from employees' computers; however, this is always quickly fixed by the Sprinto team.

Easy to implement and reasonably priced.

Pros:

Ease of onboarding and continuous maintenance. We were able to get our SOC 2 Type 2 much quicker than expected.

Cons:

There is a steep learning curve on getting compliant.

Pros:

Sprinto helps us to map out engineering team devices and make sure everyone has setup of security measure.

Cons:

Sprinto can be documented properly but other than that sprinto works smoothly.

An excellent solution to reach SOC2 type II compliancy without spending a fortune

Comments: A very good experience. We were able to achieve our compliancy in a very short term and with a budget suitable with our company size. I highly recommend sprinto if you are a SMB.

Pros:

The speed at which we were able to setup our account in order to monitor our SOC2 Type II compliancy. The support from the consulting team to ramp up our knowledge and setup all the connections with our IT systems and capture evidences.

Cons:

This is not specific to Sprinto, but everytime you start with a new software there is a ramp up period which is needed. However the team helps to address this topic.

"Sprinto makes the Certification process smooth"

Pros:

From the first encounter, we had the impression that Sprinto knew the process well. They clearly explained the roadmap and [sensitive content hidden] our contact patiently guided us. We posed no question that he did not diligently research and respond to. The software is of excellent quality for the most part. The audit process was zero-touch, as promised.

Cons:

There is no Constraints as of now. Everything was user-friendly.

Compliance made easy

Pros:

The ease to use and get your team onboarded quickly. The entire process for SOC2 was smooth and simple. Also one of the best teams to work with, always on top of things and ready to assist.

Cons:

Nothing in my experience. Happy with the overall experience

Pros:

Our CSM, Shivam Sharma, did an amazing job helping us through our soc2 audit. Truly exceptional assistance and guidance through the product. The product itself is super intuitive and easy to use.

Cons:

Not much as a con. The soc2 compliance process is onerous, but sprinto helps get through all the checks and balances.

It was really great experience to complete our compliance journey with sprinto. They offered really good services, offered support during entire compliance. Also, it was so easy to work with majorly because of really good UI.
