> **Cons**: Experienced some issues on the client services side but nothing extensive enough to warrant a negative review.  i believe their customer support was offshore which presented some communication challenges.  GPS was not as advanced.

> Excellent.  Customer support was always responsive and helpful.  The AI technology was superb.

> **Pros**: I am not really impressed to be honest. Its hard to find something to brag about with this particular camera.

> **Cons**: Hang on... get ready... I dislike everything\! It is far from user friendly, the back end office is extremely cluttered. No simple way to download captured videos for training. False video captures on many occasions. Camera does not provide clear images compared to older products.
> 
> I do not like it. If your going to use a video camera to point blame at a driver for something they are doing wrong, better make sure you get it right and stop false blaming drivers, therefore creating more video alerts which makes more work for office employees to review. Don't let Ai manage your drivers.
