> **Pros**: Skalin est une plateforme conçue par des CSM et ça se ressent immédiatement. En quelques indicateurs on peut apprécier la santé de sa base client, c'est particulièrement essentiel en SAAS ou il est difficile d'évaluer à distance.  Le plus important est que le logiciel analyse tous les échanges emails , et meme les silences, pour évaluer l'état de la relation avec le client. On ne se base plus sur ses propres impressions mais sur une analyse sémantique objective des emails et sans aucun effort de collecte. &#10;Ensuite le fait qu'on puisse y meler des stats d'usage est essentiel pour détecter les baisses d'adoption et réagir à temps.&#10;Enfin la possibilité de modéliser son offre et être prévenu par des alertes d'une reconduction prochaine est juste indispensable pour ne pas réagir après la bataille.

> **Cons**: Le logiciel est encore en évolution donc il lui manque la possibilité de customiser davantage les champs associés aux clients par exemple, et des intégrations avec les autres outils qu'on utilise. Il est déjà intégré à Hubspot et Zendesk que nous utilisons par ailleurs , cela permet d'introduire facilement Skalin dans sa stack

> L'expérience est très positive tant sur le produit lui meme que sur le support apporté à l'outil. On sent une équipe qui connait vraiment le métier de CSM et à meme d'apporter rapidement des solutions à toutes les difficultés qu'on peut rencontrer.

> **Cons**: Je pense que ce serait top d'avoir une visio des connexions journalières du clients mais sinon RAS.

> Très bonne prise en main de Skalin, \[caché sensible contenu\] est toujours réactif et très sympa pour nous aider à faire une bonne prise en main. Le logiciel est intuitif et permet de ne rien oublier et de veiller à maintenir son portefeuille en bonne santé.
