If you are able to invest the money for and time to use the full Recruiter license, it does enable you to connect with passive candidates that you would otherwise not be likely to reach.
At the same time, the price is up quite a bit and if you response rate gets below a threshold, they suspend your bulk emailing.

Comments: My overall impression of LinkedIn Recruiter is positive. If you want to connect with elite talent, this recruiting software is unquestionably essential.
Pros:
This software has a lot of features that I appreciate! Using the "projects" option, I can quickly organize applicant profiles.
Cons:
Groups are a little difficult to manage in my opinion.

Comments: LinkedIn Recruiter is one of those essential tools that, as a recruiter, I simply can’t do without.
Pros:
It's the ultimate tool for candidate sourcing—no other platform even comes close. I especially love the filters, InMail feature, and the candidate pipeline alerts.
Cons:
It’s quite pricey, almost out of reach for startups and scaleups. Their customer service is also terrible.
Hiring made simple!
Pros:
Its easy to find candidates and schedule interveiws. Really it just simplifies the whole process.

Save tour money pointless tool
Comments: Six months of time and budget completely wasted, with zero results to show for it. I’ll never purchase anything from or trust LinkedIn’s sales team again.
Pros:
Honestly, there's not much to like. While it offers more search features than a standard search, you can achieve the same results using a Boolean search on Google for free.
Cons:
The cost is outrageous. They provide a search base that's only slightly different from the standard, yet their fees are exorbitant. Pricing and deals vary for each customer, entirely at their discretion. They were dishonest to secure the sale—don’t trust the benefits they promote, as they're often misleading at best. Moreover, over 70% of those marked as "open to work" were unaware that this status was even active on their profiles.
Good tool but with poor customer service and response rate policies.
Pros:
I like the number of candidates that the tool gives access to.
Cons:
I received a message saying I was no longer allowed to send mass inmails for 2 weeks because my response rate for a certain period was "12.8%" which is under their 13% threshold. When I checked my response rate for that period, it was 17.2%. I reached out to customer service but customer service hasn't done anything to remedy this.

Pros:
It gives us a different pool of candidates from our other job boards
Cons:
A lot of the candidates that come through aren't qualified or want remote work so we don't tend to pull a lot of good quality candidates
Having a great time with LinkedIn Recruiter.
Comments: I find this software to be very helpful in managing multiple profiles for different jobs that I work.
Pros:

The software seemed to freeze up from time to time.

Change the way you acquire talent!
Comments: Hiring the right people for your team is tough. It was time for us to venture outside of the ordinary job boards and start to actually recruit talent. LinkedIn has helped guide us in the right direction.
Pros:
The high number of search filters, the network access that tells you who is open to work. You also receive a large number of InMail message to communicate with potential job candidates.
Cons:
I have yet to have any issues with LinkedIn

Comments: It's my #1 resourcing tool, I used to to build both personal branding as well as meaningful connections from the perspective of candidates, clients and others industry wide. It's just fantastic.
Pros:
It's both building a social presence and connection with candidates whilst also covering off business objectives and hiring. For me this is THE essential tool to have as a recruiter.
Cons:
Additional Services are very expensive.
Useful and practical
Comments: I created my account more than 1 year ago, since then I've had great satisfaction using the platform, it's like a social network, but with new job opportunities. The platform is fed daily with information and new vacancies, making it a very high possibility of success in the search for a new job.
Pros:
I had a good experience using the platform, I was able to successfully register my resume, I am satisfied using the platform, it helps me a lot when looking for a new job and to find out about news from my favorite companies.
Cons:
Depending on the vacancies, some information is restricted. But other than that the app is perfect.

Comments: Overall, my experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is great! This is definitely a must-have recruiting software if you want to reach out to top talents!
Pros:
There are a lot of things I like about this software! I can easily organize candidate profiles using the "projects" feature. I can also share those projects with my team! Messaging using the software is also fast and easy because you can create and save templates.
Cons:
There are times when the location feature is not accurate. As a user/recruiter, I would be pleased if they could improve that aspect. Adding "location range" would be more helpful so that recruiters will no longer input the cities manually.

Comments: It is a great tool for market research and recruitment. It has helped me a lot in getting a fair understanding of talent from multiple domains in different regions.

Its unique selling proposition is their experience split filter where one can easily set the required/customized experience split while searching for leads. It is really one of a kind tool.

It is very expensive and there is room for addition of new features like average tenure.

Good platform for Recruiters
Comments: Good training, setup of the product. ROI is easy.
Pros:
A Global reach of candidates for technology and non technology candidates. You can publish jobs for any location and the responses from candidates are instant. Some roles like QA, Sales among others will get a large set of resumes from potential candidates. The best part is you can reach to potential passive candidate's through the portal.
Cons:
Some the response are very poor for niche technology skills. Very limited applications. Sometime lot of responses are fake specially in USA.

Comments: I work using LI Recruiter everyday and is a tool that makes my life very easy as a Talent Acquisition Manager
Pros:
The features like saving templates, search by Ideal Candidates are by far the most handy functions on LI recruiter. I use them extensively and creating projects and saving them is a great way to build a pipeline of potential candidates
Cons:
There are too many steps sometimes and the automated recommendations for a project often return not so accurately matching profiles.

Great tool to hire people
Pros:
I have been using LinkedIn Recruiter for over 5 years. I like that I no longer have to use boolean strings and can find people faster by applying filters that enable me to find the right person for the job.
Cons:
Customer support is slow. They have working hours and don't operate 24/7, which is a problem if you're looking to hire immediately. They also don't do any discounts if the system crashes. Instead, they still bill you based on your contract.
