> **Cons**: Customer care and company lacks business integrity. They sign people up for subscriptions without their permission.

> I would never do business with this company again. I thought I was paying $29.99 for a one-time download and they continued to charge me monthly. Zero customer support. I disputed the charge through AMEX and Evaboot's response was to send an outline of their non-existent refund policy. Any company that needs to automatically enroll customers in subscriptions without them knowing and then chooses to keep $29.99 that the customer did not intend to spend with them should not be in business.

> **Cons**: I think the email enrichment has room to improve as many of the fields will be left blank or will be enriched with obviously incorrect emails.Additionally, I think the "Export with Evaboot" button on Sales Navigator should just automatically launch the export, rather than open a new Evaboot tab.If possible, we would love to connect Evaboot to our CRM so that when we export, we are exporting directly to the CRM.
