You can set different prices, different charges, block certain products or customers etc. The team is still very responsive and does actually solve issues for me. Before I chose for this app, I had meetings with 10+ other apps to see if they have the functionality I need. ReturnGO had all of them for a reasonable price compared to some of the others. If you are not doing many returns they offer an affordable plan where you can still get some extra features for add-on prices. > > **Cons**: This ultimate flexibility in terms of setting the return policies does make the app very complex to setup. Especially if you are dealing with multiple prices for different countries. It would have made my life a lot easier if it was possible to set up a general policy that would overrule all policies. And it would also be a big improvement to be able to set the different pricing at a country level. I would therefore set the ease of implementation at an expert level. I had a hard time integrating my carrier contracts.
