> **Pros**: I've been with Chownow for 4 years. I love everything about the platform- the App, Order Management, and the Customer Loyalty Program.

> **Cons**: I was able to create email marketing in the past. I no longer see that option. That was a bummer. I would love to see this added or something else put i place to create equal value. There are some huge fees added that i can't explain to the customer. An example.. I had a customer to place an order from my website, for pickup. the order total was $60 dollars and the additional fee was $18.

> Over the years i've seen changes that have improved the platform and keeps me connected to my customer base. The addition of customer loyalty programs and updated website features have been a bonus. Customer Service is top tear. Overall, I've had a great experience.

> **Cons**: POS integration with OTTER. When something goes wrong, it's difficult to find and fix the issue. I've had several occasions where OTTER says it's a Chow Now issue, and Chow Now says it's an OTTER issue.

> Overall good experience in comparison to our old online ordering system. The customer service is top notch, and I feel the person on the other side is truly trying to help me.

> **Cons**: Doesn’t integrate well with toast due to modifiers. However, I think that’s a toast issue, not chow now.

> Chow now has helped us tremendously by eliminating phone calls and streamlining order taking by our staff. It’s also a significantly better experience for the guest which has translated into extra sales and more productive employees.
